By entering the salon you are agreeing to follow the policies below.

new guests
If this is your first time at Smith & Mane, we require a consultation prior to performing any chemical services. If you would like your consultation snd services performed on the same day, make sure you are choosing the consultations service when online booking to schedule extra time needed for our consultation process before your service begins.

running late
To respect the time of your artist and the other guests on the schedule, please arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time. Arrivals after the 15 minute window will need to be rescheduled and will incur a fee of 50% of the service scheduled due to the last minute cancellation.

reschedule / cancel / no show
We require 48 hour notice of any cancellations or rescheduling. Any notice given in less time than that will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If no notice is given then there will be a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. Fees will be automatically charged to the card on file and if we are unable to do so, we will require the fee to be paid prior to making any future appointments.

adjustments
Although we are are extremely confident in our skills, education and amazing products, we do understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed. If so, we require notice within 7 days of the original service. Complimentary adjustments apply to altering the current hair based on original goals. If you are desiring something different from the original goal then charges may be applied. Complimentary adjustments are not given if you have put any chemical on your hair yourself or by another professional since seeing us.

children / friends / extra guests
Any extra guests/children are welcome in the salon by appointment only. While we understand that most children are incredibly well behaved, we are trying to provide a relaxing and stress-free environment for our other guests and artists. Also, please refrain from bringing any added friends/family with you to your appointment. We are trying to keep the amount of people in the room to a minimum to keep everyone safe. Since we are a boutique salon, there isn’t much extra space for added guests.

product return / exchange
If you are not happy with products purchased at the salon we are more than happy to exchange them for something of equal or lesser value. If the replacement product chosen is of higher value then the guest is responsible for the balance. Products may be exchanged if open and only used 1 time. We can not issue refunds on items that have been open/used. If your product is unopened we are happy to issue a refund within 14 days of purchase.
